Board Chairperson & Director Corporate Services

Jackie Kiaraho is a multi-gifted woman who holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi. A graduate of Marketing, Jackie is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK). She worked in the banking and oil industries for many years before setting up businesses in real estate, hospitality, event planning, and farming. Jackie is the Founder and First Chairperson of National Assembly Lady Spouses Association of Kenya ( NALSA-K), the association of spouses of Members of Parliament, which currently boasts a membership of over 300 members. She is also the Founder of Ol Kalou Witeithie Women Empowerment Network ( OLWWEN), a grassroots organization that leads in economic empowerment of women, through Table Banking. Currently, OLWWEN has grown to over 5000 women and girls. Jackie also the Founder of Runda Women’s Association (RWA) a neighborhood association that has enabled its over 100 members to benefit socially and economically. She also serves on advisory capacity in several organizations such as Association of Niger Women in Kenya among others. Jackie is currently a Director at Konza Technopolis Development Authority where she chairs The Audit and Risk Committee. She is a strong believer in God, Who Is her Enabler in many ways. She serves in her church as an ordained Church Elder. Jackie is married to her dear husband Arch. Hon. David Kiaraho, the sitting Member of Parliament for Ol Kalou Constituency, and together, they are blessed with 3 sons, 2 daughters, and 2 grandchildren. Jackie enjoys music, gardening, crafts, and travelling.

Mrs. Lydiah Mutambu

Director, Public Relations

Lydiah Mutambu is seasoned entrepreneur, and has over 10 years experience in business. She is passionate about growing organizations successfully. Her field of specialisation is marketing, and her track record and consistency in increased revenues in her firms is unmatched. Lydiah has vast experience within the corporate world having worked at Old Mutual Life Assurance Company as Sales and Financial Advisor. In this capacity, she successfully promoted and sold financial products such as life insurance covers, money market and equity funds. She offered an advisory role to clients on personal financial management and is known for her broad based approach in financial management. Her experience also includes her work at Kodak Kenya Ltd, where she applied diverse sales strategies to ensure her sales targets were achieved. Lydiah is passionate about social change through economic empowerment. She prides herself on her excellent Mobilisation skills expecially in the economic empowerment of women. She is best known for initiating the Table Banking initiative for grassroot women. She is a strong and likeable leader, a good listener, communicator and a team player.

Mrs. Emmy Kipkemoi is the current director of Wepag Africa Limited, a technology company,partnering with Safaricom PLC.She is also the Director of Uwo Dairies Ltd, which partners with Kenya cooperative Creameries (KCC) for small scale farmers. Emmy is also passionate about women empowerment. She is the founder and patron of (Marakwet Woment Empowerment Network(MAWEN), which is a Table Banking initiative. She is a member of 7 Up Cherries, a group that promotes coffee growing in Uasin Gishu and Elgeyo Marakwet.She is the chairperson of Light Up The Cradle (Tibo Muren) founded in 2023 whose main objective is to support the welfare of senior citizens. Emmy is a long term teacher by profession, who rose the ranks to the position of Head of Department, Humanities at The Teacher's Service Commission (TSC). On leaving, she was the Asistant Director. She took an early retirement to pursue personal interests,run family business, and serve community. Mrs. Emmy Kipkemoi Director, Chaplaincy and Member Counselling Support Emmy is married to Hon. William Kisang,the current Member of Parliament for Elgeyo Marakwet County.Hon.Kisang also served as a Member of National Assembly for Marakwet West. Emmy and Hon. Kisang are blessed with four children: two daughters and two sons.

Chief Paulina - George OTIENO is Kenyan – Nigerian. Born in Lagos, she graduated in Fashion Design from Yaba College of Technology, and The London Academy Of Design in the United Kingdom. Paulina’s contribution to fashion and design is well known and she has designed and dressed high profile members of society, including first ladies of Africa. Paulina grew her impressive business empire from zero, and her contribution to the fashion, design and interior décor work is unmatched. Paulina is highly gifted in leadership, and has led and founded multiple successful organizations and diverse groups. She is the matron of almost all Nigerian associations in Kenya, including, Nigerian Women In Kenya, Yoruba Association Oodua Progressive Union, Hausa Arewa Group, Unique Ladies of Ukumwege, ILLAH Delta State, Runda Women Association, Nigerian Football Association of Kenya, among others. In addition, she organized The Nigerian Independence Day in Kenya, which led her to be awarded the AWARD AND INDUCTION INTO NIDO AFRICA HALL OF FAME at the Presidency in Abuja. Her love for people & for culture has earned her the Ambassador for Nigerian Culture in Kenya and FESTAC Ambassador for Nigeria in Kenya. Chief Paulina received her first chieftaincy title of /IYA LAJE KENYA from Gani Adams & the King of Arigidi in EKITI State , and is now a well acclaimed Chief. She is a devout Catholic, and currently, a member of Our Lady of Fatima Jumia at Our Lady of Holy Rosary Catholic church in Nairobi.Currently residing in Nairobi, Chief Paulina is married to a long serving diplomat Mr. George Otieno and they are blessed with a son. Chief Paulina George Otieno is gentle, humble, charismatic, kind, generous, happy & fun loving. She wears a smile always, and has mentored many in business. Her hobbies are dancing, football & social media

Director, Environment & Climate Change

Lucy Kenta is a Certified Public Secretary. She worked with the then Barclays Bank PLC for over 10 years, after which she ventured into private business. Lucy is currently managing several companies, namely Entapa Osirua Ltd (flour milling), Ilariak Eco Lodge which is a tented camp in Maasai Mara, and also runs Kosen Ltd, a company that supplies corporate staff uniforms and safety gear. She is also an ardent livestock and crop farmer Lucy's passion is environmental conservation and has worked closely towards the protection and care for wildlife within the Ilariak Eco Lodge eco system. She also partners with various like-minded groups in supporting neighbourhood communities to improve their livelihoods, especially in mitigating the effects of climate change. She has been at the forefront of environmental initiatives, including tree planting. Lucy is a prominent member of a CBO, known as Narok North Women Empowerment Initiative, which she founded when her spouse was a Member of Parliament for Narok North Constituency. Lucy is a founder board member of the National Assembly Lady Spouses Association ( NALSA - K). She is a born-again Christian and a member of Karura Community Chapel. Lucy enjoys gardening and hiking. She is married to Hon. Ole Kenta and together, they are blessed with 3 children.

Faiza Jama is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic grassroots mobilizer, with a distinguished background in project planning and logistics. Having founded her own transport business at the age of 20, she expanded it into a thriving multiple hauliage enterprise. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and a diploma in Procurement and Logistics from KCA University, Faiza's expertise has been integral to her sustained business success. Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Faiza is a staunch human rights advocate, renowned for her unwavering stance against gender-based violence and her vocal leadership in the fight to eradicate FGM within her community. As a patron of numerous youth and women's organizations in Suna East, she remains deeply committed to advancing social and economic empowerment. Mrs. Faiza Jama Director, IT Faiza is also the spouse of Junet Mohamed, MP for Suna East, and has played an indispensable role in his political career, spearheading his campaigns and delivering electoral victories through her formidable oratory and profound grassroots influence.

Mrs. Rose Murunga, is an acclaimed and successful entrepreneur in Kenya with over 25 years in the business field. Rose is innovative, passionate and performance driven in business leadership. She founded companies/ entities that revolutionalized entire economic spaces with the development and implementation of novel business strategies. The Kenyan beauty industry cannot write its history without a major feature of Rose. She emerged a leader in the industry, by starting the very first high end salon that catered to business executives. To her credit, her business expanded and she opened 7 successful outfits across Kenya. She is a visionary product developer with vast experience in research and analytics. Rose is an effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages with professionals to attain organizational goals. She is also an ardent French speaker. She believes there is no failure; only feedback.Paza Sauti Association Profile Page No - 08 Rose has achieved much in her quiet yet wise demeanor and has offered valuable advisories to the organizations that she has worked with, especially NALSA – K, where she was a founder member representing Western Region Caucus. She currently working closely with the Nakuru County Government as an associate, and more recently was appointed as a Director of Utalli College. Rose Murunga’s other impressive businesses include, beauty supplies, interior décor shops, restaurants, real estate supplies distribution, and large scale sugarcane, dairy and coffee farming. Rose’s contribution to the economy also includes creating job opportunities for over 500 individuals. Rose is married to The Late Hon. Suleiman Murunga, the former MP for Kimilili Constituency, and together they are blessed with a son and a daughter.

Throughout her career, Ms. Judy has demonstrated remarkable versatility and leadership. Mrs. Jane Wanjiku Njoroge trains students at THE NAIROBI NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC in Analytical Chemistry for the past 22 years and had previously taught mathematics for 5 years in another institution.She has served as Head of Examinations,Head of Chemistry Section and also as Deputy Head of Department in this institution. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education Science majororing in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics. Jane, previously a national examiner, is among the few female lecturers in her field, and has been recognised for her knowledge in Analytical Chemistry. She has also served as Executive Committee member of The National Assembly Lady Spouses Association of Kenya, (NALSA-K) where she headed the Nairobi Central Region Caucas Mrs. Jane Njoroge Director, Academics, Member Information & Training Jane, who is a firm believer in The Catholic Church, is married to Hon. Njoroge, the former Deputy Mayor of Nairobi, and former Member of Parliament for Kasarani Constituency. Her strengths are determination to succeed, strong virtues, and expedition of knowledge. Together, they are blessed with two daughters and a son.

Mrs. Jane Aoko, is an insurer by profession, having worked in the insurance sector for 37 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree holder in Leadership and Management from International Leadership University; and a Diploma in Christian Leadership Studies -NIST and, and also a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance- London. Jane is Founder and Treasurer of Two CBOs; Waliokomaa women Group (2006) & Mama Mulai Tuinuane women Association (2014) both very active to-date. Founder member of National Assembly Ladies Association (NALSA K). Currently serving as the NALSA – K chairperson Western Caucus. She runs an insurance agency and is a large scale sugar farmer. She is a born- again Christian serving with Christ Is The Answer Ministries. Jane is spouse to Hon. David Aoko Were, the former Member of parliament for Matungu Constituency. They are blessed with 6 children grown up children.

Theresa Kimani is a Marketing professional, with emphasis on Insurance. She is a graduate of The London Chartered Institute of Insurance, and also holds a Higher Diploma in Marketing. With over 31 years working experience in the insurance industry, she left formal employment and began her own insurance agency which she runs to date.Treza, as many know her, is also passionate about Psychology Counseling, and holds a Higher Diploma in Counseling Psychology. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology. She has a cheerful demeanor and is very helpful and easy to get along with. She is passionate in giving back, and has immensely contributed to the success of the well-known Parklands Sports Club, where she has served in a leadership position in various committees, such as The Staff and Members Disciplinary Committee, Catering and Housekeeping Committee, and also in the Sports Committee. She remains a resourceful member to date, and recently was nominated as a member of The Board of Trustees. Treza is also a great cultural ambassador and represents her culture with pride.Treza is a devout member of The Roman Catholic Faith and loves God passionately. She is a long serving member of The Catholic Women Association (CWA). Treza is blessed with four adult children; 2 daughters and 2 sons.

Sharon Githinji is a multifaceted professional with a rich background in banking, finance and business management. With over ten years of experience in banking in San Diego California. Sharon developed extensive expertise in financial management and client focused services. Her career later transitioned into real estate and automotive industry where she currently serves as director of Motorzone Ltd and Kiwam international Ltd driving growth and innovation in each venture. Beyond her professional achievements Sharon is deeply passionate about supporting disadvantaged children. In her personal life Sharon is a wife and a mother to two sons and a daughter. She values her close knit family which inspires her commitment to excellence and growth. Outside work Sharon enjoys reading, Music and exploring construction projects.

Director, Youth Affairs

Melissa is a young Economosit, passionate about the advancement of womens and childrens rights. She holds a BA in Economics and International Relations, as well as a Masters degree (LLM) in international Human Rights Law. She continues to work closely with her community with an acute interest in health focused initiatives. Her carrer begun in New York where she worked with Asia initiatives to improve access to menstrual products to women and girls throughout the global south. She has, since worked with the Desai foundation to provide the same, for incarcerated women living across the United States. Through ‘Paza Sauti’ Melissa hopes to shape and initiate outreach programs throughout thr country targeted at supporting underpriveleged youth.
